An organic cotton futon cover might be the best option. Latex is a pretty common allergen. Even if a person is not technically allergic to it, in which case they could have a pretty obvious reaction right away, they can develop a sensitivity to it over time. A sensitivity can cause a lot of same reactions as an allergy.

I do like your Royal Futon Mattress. For my tastes, a queen is a good sized bed, but a full can be quite comfortable as well.
